What is the Explorer’s Club?

The Explorer’s Club Lodge event is a social event in Best Fiends. You will be matched with other players who you will compete against in a friendly leaderboard. 

How can I participate in the Explorer’s Club?

You will receive a notice in-game when there is an event you are eligible to join. You then have a time limit shown in the game to earn compasses to join the Explorer's Club leaderboard. You can earn compasses by beating a level, and you need meet a certain requirement of compasses to join the leaderboard. 

Once you have joined the event, you will see how much time you have to climb your way to the top of the leaderboard. You can track your progress in the leaderboards throughout the event. 

How is my leaderboard determined in the Explorer’s Club?

You will be matched with other players of similar playing habits and skills to create a fair and friendly leaderboard. 

How are my points calculated?

Expeditions: You will earn compasses by beating new levels. If you win your level on the first try you receive 50 compasses, if you win on the second try you receive 35 compasses, and on any other try you receive 10 compasses. 

Slimeopolis Bounty: You will earn compasses by defeating slugs carrying safes. Each safe has a different amount of compasses in it. You can earn the compasses to count towards your leaderboard score by beating the level. The amount of compasses in safes are displayed during the level.
