What is the Memory Saver Mode option for?

If you set the Memory Saver Mode to ‘on’, this will reduce the amount of RAM needed to run the game and should mean that it runs more smoothly on older devices.  

 

What this does is reduce the number of Fiend animations that you will see in the game - you will still see them in the levels, though.
