How to save my game progress with Support ID

Facebook and Apple Sign in are the most secure ways of ensuring that your progress is safe.

If using Facebook or Apple Sign in is not possible, you have a third option; your Support ID. Each game has a unique Support ID. The Support ID can be found in the game by going to Menu > Support. The Support ID is a long series of numbers and letters displayed at the bottom.

We recommend taking a screenshot or writing down your current Support ID.

If you ever need to restore your game, we have a much higher chance of locating all of your original progress with that Support ID along with the new Support ID that will be generated when you install or reinstall Best Fiends. Please make sure to send us both your old and new ID for the quickest account recovery.
