In the rare case that your transaction was charged but you didn't receive your item, please first try rebooting your device and ensure that you have a stable internet connection before re-opening Best Fiends. Your items will hopefully be added automatically within a few minutes (in very exceptional circumstances it can take upto 24 hours for the transaction to complete).
If you are playing on an iOS (Apple) device, then please try going to the in-game menu > Support and then tap on 'Restore Purchases'.
If your items are still missing then please contact Support by going to Menu > Support > Contact Us.
We will investigate the issue and, once verified, add the missing items to your game account as soon as possible.
If we are unable to verify what happened then we will need the following information from you:
Please send us a screenshot of the digital receipt of the purchase. You should be receiving this receipt from your store via email (or sometimes via SMS) shortly after your purchase. In case you cannot find the receipt for the purchase in your e-mail, you can find the same receipt in your purchase history.

For Amazon: Open amazon.com in a web browser and log into your account. From the "Your Account" menu, select "Your Orders" Next, select "Digital Orders" and locate the Best Fiends purchase in question
For Facebook: Open facebook.com in your web browser (on a computer) and login. Click the arrow icon in the top-right corner of the screen and click on Settings Click on Payments from the left-hand navigation panel to view your Purchase History
