I cannot update or install Best Fiends

Please try these steps if you are unable to update or install Best Fiends

 

On iOS and Android:

1. Shut down the App Store or Google Play Store app
2. Restart your device
3. Relaunch the app store application

Please note that the lowest supported Android version is 5.1 and the game will not be available to download or update on devices with a version that is lower than this.  

On iOS devices, you need to have at least OS version 11.0. 

Please contact your device manufacturer to see if it is recommended or possible to upgrade your OS to a newer version. 

 

On Amazon Kindle Fire / Fire Phone devices:

 

1. Restart your device
2. On a computer, open your web browser and navigate to Amazon.com
3. Log in to Amazon.com with the same account you use on your device
4. Find the Best Fiends app in the store
5. Select your device from the Deliver To drop-down menu (e.g. <name>'s Fire Phone)
6. Click Get now with 1-Click or Deliver (this depends on whether you are updating Best Fiends or Installing it for the first time).
