We're sorry to hear you've lost your progress and we'd love to help restore it.
If you were previously connected to Facebook in the game then reconnecting to the same Facebook account in Best Fiends should restore your progress.
If not, we can sometimes restore your original progress and, if not, we will endeavor to get you back close to where you were so you can continue playing!
So that we can help you, please contact us at Support@Seriously.com giving as much information as possible.
It's great if you can tell us the following:
1) Your Support ID: It can be found in the game under Menu > Support > Contact Us > Copy Support ID - tapping on that will enable you to paste it into your email. Alternatively, you can send a support request directly from the game and we will automatically see the Support ID.
2) The level that you reached in the game along with information of any HERO areas unlocked and Fiend quests completed.
3) If you have lost your progress by changing devices, then we can transfer your progress for you (if you cannot connect to Facebook in the game to do this yourself) if we have the Support IDs from both devices.
